There are a couple of ways that you can help out.Â Either bring a dessert dish or call Mike & Tari Conroy to volunteer to help at the festival.Â (406) 821-3777.
FollowingÂ the show will head over to the American Legion toÂ jamg late into the night and whereÂ overnight parking will be available.Â Sunday morning, at 10am, there’sÂ free biscuits and gravy for everyone before they head home.Â As in years past, people who would like to help by bringing food to the festival should bring desserts.

Hey everyone, im pleased to say that the Wise River Mercantile will be playing at the Old Post on Friday the 13th…..check your superstisions at the door, old time music will prevail! We start at 10 pm and will play till they turn the lights on.
Hey all, if you want to catch the Wise River Mercantile, we are playing at the Catalyst in MissoulaÂ on Feb 6th and also Feb 14th, both times at 7pm as background music while they serve some fancy dinners, so come on down, get a bit to eat, and listen to some old time music. As part of the Biug Sky Documentary Film FestÂ (http://www.bigskyfilmfest.org/home.html) we will also be playing a filmakers receptionÂ at the Selvedge Studio in Missoula on Febuary 17th at 5:30pm.Â
We will also be playing a big hoedown square/contra dance in Basin, MT on Feb 20th with the AM String Band from Helena. 2nd Annual Basin Dance! in the Basin Community Hall and benefiting the restoration of said building.Â Both our bands (AM String Band and Wise River Mercantile), with Rab Cummins calling dances.Â 8-11 pm, $8 for adults, $5 for kids under 12.Â There will be a raffle!

All of the bands sounded great this year. We just keep getting better year after year.
We all headed over to the American Legion and jammed together into the wee hours of Sunday morning. Lots of folks stayed over and camped there. The jamming was great.
