The Bridger Creek Boys have been gathering much attention in the region
since forming in 2006. They describe their music as “high mountain and hard
driving’ never swerving too far from the contagious sound of Bluegrass.
With a busy schedule of private and public appearances around Montana, the
BFS thought it was time to give them a listen in this premiere acoustic
setting of the Boyd Room. Members of the group include Matthew Broughton on
fiddle and mandolin; Jim Dungan on guitar; Scott Stebbins on bass; and Tony
Ploecastro on 5-string banjo and the Dobro.

The Bozeman Folklore Society (BFS) is an all volunteer, non-profit
organization dedicated to promoting, preserving, enjoying and sharing the
music, dance, arts, crafts, and skills of traditional cultures. The BFS is
an associate group of the Country Dance and Song Society (CDSS).
