Hey Everybody,

Don’t forget that tomorrow is the MRBA Annual Meeting and jam at Ruby’s.    The association is footin’ the bill for the pizza party which is starting at 5pm vs 6 as originally announced.  Meeting is at 2pm and I’ll be showing you a preview of the new and improved website that will launch in January.   If you’d lik to serve on the MRBA Board of Directors, please don’t be shy.  Let someone know.

For you fellow GRIZ fans, we’ll hae the playof game playing on the 52″ TV in the lobby as well as the TV in the boardroom.  So, you’ll want to snag your spot for viewing while you pick in there.

If you’re planning on staying over at Ruby’s please call and make your room reservation ASAP.  With the Griz game and the Meet Me in Missoula festivities, Ruby’s may fill up (HOPE!!!!).

It will be great to see and play some tunes with all ya’ll.

Dinner:  MRBA will supply pizza and drinks (BYOB)
Location: Ruby’s Inn & Convention Center, North Reserve, Missoula, MT
Time: 2pm to midnight or later

We’ll kick off the meeting at 2pm followed by shake and howdies and picking the bluegrass music until dinner at 6:00pm. After dinner we will pick into the wee hours of Sunday morning. As in years past we will have several different rooms available to have jams of all levels of players. Ruby’s is also offering their normal Bluegrass Rate for those who want to stayover on Saturday Night.

Please come and join in the meeting and see how you can help to keep this a great group. We have several Board Members leaving the board this year and need your support to keep things going. Ben has also finished his sting as Editor of the newsletter. This is a very important and fun role in the association. Please step up and help out with the newsletter.

2008 Annual Meeting and Jam

As in years past we will have several different rooms available to have jams of all levels of players. Ruby’s is also offering their normal Bluegrass Rate for those who want to stayover on Saturday Night.

Please come and join in the meeting and see how you can help to keep this a great group. We have several Board Members leaving the board this year and need your support to keep things going. Caroline has also finished her time as Editor of the newsletter. This is a very important and fun role in the association.
